2015-2020年台州市婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的病毒分型分析

摘　　要：目的分析2015—2020年台州市婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的病毒分型。方法随机抽取2015年1月—2020年12月台州市578例病毒性腹泻婴幼儿为研究对象,采集所有患儿的粪便标本,对病毒分型、分布与患儿年龄和季节的关系进行统计分析。结果在578例患儿中检出4种病毒,共604株,诺如病毒(NV)占38.74%,轮状病毒(RV)占31.29%,星状病毒(ASV)占17.05%,肠道腺病毒(EADV)占12.91%。NV分型以GⅡ型为主,RV分型以G3型、P[8]型、P[8]G3型和P[4]G2型为主。12~<24个月患儿的病毒总检出率最高。各季节病毒总检出率整体比较,秋季、冬季病毒总检出率高于春季和夏季,经χ2检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NV、RV是台州市婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的主要病毒类型,以GⅡ型NV和G3型、P[8]型RV为主,12~<24个月患儿为高发群体,秋冬季为病毒性腹泻高发期,临床上应根据以上特点进行防控。Objective To analyze the viral types of infantile viral diarrhea in Taizhou City from 2015 to 2020.Methods578 children with viral diarrhea in Taizhou City from January,2015 to December,2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.The relationship between the virus types,distribution of the children,and the age and season was analyzed.Results 4 kinds of viruses and 604 strains were detected in 578 children,accounting for 38.74%of norovirus(NV),31.29%of RV,17.05%of ASV and 12.91%of EADV.NV type was mainly GⅡtype,RV type was mainly G3 type,P[8]type,P[8]G3 type and P[4]G2 type.The total detection rate of virus in children aged 12~<24 months was the highest.The total virus detection rate in autumn and winter was higher than that in spring and summer,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion NV and RV are the main viral types of infantile viral diarrhea in Taizhou City.GⅡNV,G3 and P[8]RV are the main types.Children aged 12~<24 months are the high incidence group,and the high incidence period of viral diarrhea is autumn and winter.Clinical prevention and control should be carried out according to the characteristics above.
