普米克令舒联合爱全乐雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对毛细支气管炎患儿临床治疗中普米克令舒与爱全乐雾化吸入治疗联合应用取得的效果进行分析。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年12月医院接收的毛细支气管炎患儿90例,以随机数字表法进行分组,常规治疗的45例纳入对照组,给予普米克令舒、爱全乐雾化吸入联合治疗的45例纳入观察组,对两组患儿治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:临床治疗总有效率观察组(97.78%)高于对照组(80.00%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床症状咳嗽、喘憋、喘鸣音以及气促等缓解时间观察组均少于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组(2.22%)低于对照组(4.44%),但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:毛细支气管炎患儿临床治疗中普米克令舒用药的同时,选择爱全乐雾化吸入联合治疗,可帮助患儿快速缓解症状,效果显著且不会增加用药不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of the pulmicort respules combined with atrovent atomization inhalation in clinical treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods:A total of 90 children with bronchiolitis received in the hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected and grouped using random number table method.45 patients receiving routine treatment were included in the control group,and 45 patients receiving pulmicort respules combined with atrovent atomization inhalation therapy were included in the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of clinical symptoms of cough,dyspnea,wheezing and shortness of breath in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.22%)was lower than that in the control group(4.44%),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of children with bronchiolitis,the combined treatment of pulmicort respules combined with atrovent atomization inhalation can help the children quickly relieve symptoms,and the effect is significant and will not increase the adverse drug reactions.
