自制抗癌止痛膏治疗瘀毒内结型肺癌癌痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自制抗癌止痛膏对瘀毒内结型肺癌癌痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月宁乡市中医医院接受治疗的90例肺癌患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组予以三阶梯止痛药物治疗,治疗组予以自制抗癌止痛膏治疗,观察比较两组的临床治疗效果等。结果:治疗组的总有效率(91.11%)显著高于对照组(71.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的疼痛控制起效时间明显短于对照组,持续时间明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应总发生率(68.89%)显著低于对照组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的三阶梯药物单日使用剂量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制抗癌止痛膏控制瘀毒内结型肺癌癌痛效果确切,毒副作用低。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of homemade anti-cancer analgesic ointment on the cancer pain of lung cancer with syndrome of internal binding of static blood and poison.Methods:Ninety patients with lung cancer who were treated in Ningxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group.Control group received three-step analgesics ladder drug and treatment group received homemade anti-cancer analgesic ointment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The overall response rate of the treatment group(91.11%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.11%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of pain control in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and its duration was significantly longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(68.89%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(93.33%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The single-day dosage of the three-step analgesics ladder drug in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The homemade anti-cancer analgesic ointment has a definite effect on controlling cancer pain of lung cancer with syndrome of internal binding of static blood and poison,with low toxic and side effects.
