天麻钩藤饮联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗肝阳偏亢型高血压的有效性

摘　　要：目的:对天麻钩藤饮联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗肝阳偏亢型高血压的有效性及安全性展开系统分析。方法:利用EXCEL表统计筛选2019年11月-2020年11月西罗园社区卫生服务中心治疗的108例肝阳偏亢型高血压患者作为探究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组予以富马酸比索洛尔治疗,观察组予以天麻钩藤饮联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗,研究两组患者的临床效果、血压水平、心率、药物安全性、临床症状积分。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组相比,主要临床症状积分较低,血压水平、心率改善较好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床效果优于与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗肝阳偏亢型高血压患者可显著提升临床效果,降低临床症状积分,改善血压水平、稳定心率,减少药物不良反应。Objective:To systematically analyze the efficacy and safety of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang.Methods:A total of 108 patients with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver Yang treated in Xiluoyuan Community Health Service Center from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects by EXCEL table and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with bisoprolol fumarate.Clinical effect,blood pressure level,heart rate,drug safety and clinical symptom score of patients in two groups were investigated.Results:After treatment,the scores of main clinical symptoms was lower,blood pressure level and heart rate were better improved in the observation group compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with bisoprolol fumarate can significantly improve the clinical effect,reduce the clinical symptom score,improve the blood pressure level,stabilize the heart rate and reduce the adverse drug reactions in the treatment of hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang.
