摘　　要：目的:观察前瞻性护理在闭合性胸外伤合并肋骨骨折患者预防便秘的效果。方法:选取揭阳市人民医院在2018年2月-2020年10月收治的66例闭合性胸外伤合并肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各33例,对照组采用传统护理,研究组采用前瞻性护理。观察两组患者预防便秘的有效率、便秘的发生率、治疗便秘的药物干预率。结果:研究组卧床第1周预防便秘有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组便秘发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗便秘的药物干预(9.1%)低于对照组(42.4%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.451,P<0.05)。结论:在闭合性胸外伤合并肋骨骨折患者康复过程中应用前瞻性护理,可提高预防便秘的有效率,降低便秘的发生率,降低治疗便秘的药物干预率。Objective:To observe the effect of prospective nursing on preventing constipation in patients with closed thoracic trauma and rib fracture.Methods:Sixty-six patients with closed thoracic trauma and rib fracture who were admitted to the Jieyang People’s Hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing,and the study group adopted prospective nursing.The effective rate of preventing constipation,the incidence of constipation,and the drug intervention rate for the treatment of constipation in the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of preventing constipation in the first week of bed rest in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of constipation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug intervention rate for the treatment of constipation in the study group(9.1%)was lower than that in the control group(42.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.451,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of prospective nursing during the rehabilitation of patients with closed thoracic trauma and rib fracture can improve the effective rate of preventing constipation,reduce the incidence of constipation,and reduce the rate of drug intervention in the treatment of constipation.
