手功能锻炼联合舒筋洗外用颗粒熏洗在手部屈肌腱断裂术后康复护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析手功能锻炼指导配合舒筋洗外用颗粒熏洗在手部屈肌腱断裂术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年10月在佛山市中医院进行手术治疗的手部肌腱断裂患者80例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,各40例。对照组采用常规的术后护理,并进行简单握拳、伸指训练;研究组在常规术后护理基础上,循序渐进增加手功能锻炼配合舒筋洗外用颗粒熏洗。对比两组患者的康复效果满意度、总关节活动度(TAM)达标率、Carroll合格率以及生活质量。结果:研究组患者的康复效果总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理后,研究组患者的TAM达标率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组Carroll合格率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手部屈肌腱断裂患者的术后护理中,采取手功能锻炼指导护理配合舒筋洗外用颗粒熏洗,能有效促进患者的手功能改善、恢复,进而提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of hand function exercise combined Shujinxi External Granule fumigation and washing in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of hand flexor tendon rupture.Methods:The subjects of the study are patients with hand flexor tendon rupture undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital.They will come to our hospital for treatment from May 2020 to May 2021.A total of 80 patients who meet the inclusion criteria are grouped by random number table method.40 cases in each group.Among them,40patients who received routine postoperative care and received simple fist and finger extension exercises were included in the control group.On the basis of routine postoperative care,the other 40 patients who gradually increased hand function exercises combined with Shujinxi external particle fumigation and washing were included in the control group.Included in the study group.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with rehabilitation,as well as the TAM compliance rate,the Carroll qualification rate and the quality of life.Results:The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the TAM compliance rate of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the results were significantly different(P<0.05),the Carroll qualification rate of the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);and the quality of life of patients in the study group was better than that of the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative care of patients with hand flexor tendon rupture,the use of hand function exercise guidance and nursing combined with Shujinxi external particle fumigation can effectively promote the improvement and recovery of the patient's hand function,thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
