摘　　要：目的:研究互联网+智慧医院视角下伤口造口失禁专科护理管理效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年8月,南京市江宁医院未构建互联网+智慧医院前的伤口造口失禁患者30例作为对照组;选取2020年9月-2021年12月,构建互联网+智慧医院并开展伤口造口失禁专科护理管理后的30例患者作为研究组,总结分析两组患者的临床护理结果。结果:研究组的并发症发生率与对照组相比明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理技术、护理态度以及护患沟通等护理质量评分相较于对照组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度相较于对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于互联网+智慧医院视角下开展伤口造口失禁专科护理管理可有效提升护理质量,减少各类伤口并发症的发生率,患者满意度较高,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of special nursing management in patients with wound stoma incontinence under the perspective of Internet plus smart hospital.Methods:Thirty patients with wound stoma incontinence from Nanjing Jiangning Hospital between September 2019 and August 2020 before the construction of Internet plus smart hospital were selected as control group.Thirty patients with wound stoma incontinence who received special nursing management after the construction of Internet plus smart hospital between September 2020 and December 2021 were selected as study group.The clinical nursing results of the two groups were summarized and analyzed.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The scores of nursing technology,nursing attitude and nurse-patient communication in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of special nursing management for wound stoma incontinence under the perspective of Internet plus smart hospital can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of various wound complications,and achieve higher satisfaction of patients,which deserves a promotion.
