摘 要:以市售聚甲醛为原料,采用注塑法制备石墨烯/聚甲醛复合材料,并进行了摩擦学性能研究。差示扫描量热分析结果表明,石墨烯的加入会导致材料熔点降低;光学显微镜图片显示,石墨烯有助于细化晶粒。加入石墨烯后,复合材料的弯曲强度有所提升,冲击强度、拉伸强度出现一定程度的下降,略低于原材料,但耐磨性有显著的提升。石墨烯的加入明显降低了复合材料的摩擦系数及磨损量,且当石墨烯质量分数为0.3%时,复合材料表现出最优的减摩耐磨性,摩擦系数和磨损量分别降低了53.6%和72.5%。Using commercially available polyformaldehyde(POM)as raw material,POM-based composites with graphene were prepared by injection and the tribological properties were studied.The results of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)indicate that the addition of graphene will decrease the melting point of the composites and refine the grains;the bending strength of the material is improved,though the impact strength and tensile strength of the composite are slightly lower than those of the raw material.Graphene has a significant improvement on the wear-resisting properties of the composites.The friction coefficient(COF)and wear volume of the composites are remarkably reduced,when the graphene mass fraction is 0.3%,the COF and wear volume are optimal,which are reduced by 53.6%and 72.5%,respectively.
