摘 要:在水处理方向,超滤膜表面污染问题是一个解决难点,研究发现提高膜的亲水性能有效解决这一难题。文中提出一种简便制备高度亲水超滤膜的方法——微辊轧协同浸没凝胶法,成功制备了表面具有分层次结构的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)超滤膜。该方法通过调控半凝胶时间和半凝胶剂组成确保微辊轧工艺的顺利进行。在半凝胶时间为40 s和半凝胶剂质量分数为15%时,膜的亲水角度达到8.9°,去离子水和牛血清蛋白(BSA)的通量分别达到268.09 L/(m^(2)·h)和136.95 L/(m^(2)·h);BSA的截留率、吸附量分别为94%和14.29 mg/m^(2)。与传统EVAL超滤膜相比,辊压EVAL超滤膜的亲水性和抗污染性均得到提升。In the direction of water treatment,surface fouling of ultrafiltration membrane is a difficult problem to be solved.It is found that improving the hydrophilicity of ultrafiltration membrane can effectively solve this problem.In this paper,a facile method for preparing highly hydrophilic ultrafiltration membrane was proposed.The combined immersion precipitation with micro-rolling embossing method was used to prepare ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVAL)ultrafiltration membranes with hierarchical structure on its surface.Regulating the semi-gelation time and composition of the semi-gelation agent in the semi-gelation process ensures the successfully micro-rolling embossing process.The results indicate that the hydrophilic angle of the membrane reaches 8.9°,when the semi-gelation time is 40 s and mass fraction of semi-gelation agent is 15%.The permeation flux of deionization water and BSA reach 268.09 L/(m^(2)·h)and 136.95 L/(m^(2)·h),and the rejection rate and adsorption capacity of BSA are 94%and 14.29 mg/m^(2),respectively.Compared with the conventional ultrafiltration membrane,the hydrophilic and anti-fouling properties of embossed EVAL membrane are improved.
