舌下免疫治疗对儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:评价标准化舌下免疫治疗(SLIT)对儿童变应性鼻炎的效果及其安全性。方法:选取2016年6月~2017年6月我院耳鼻喉科收治的236例尘螨变应性鼻炎患儿,随机分为SLIT组(粉尘螨滴剂组)和对照组(对症药物治疗组)。用药1年后对比两组患儿的临床症状、用药情况、VAS评分、血清总IgE、sIgE情况。结果:治疗1年后,SLIT组症状、用药及VAS评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组血清总IgE、sIgE差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。SLIT组发生6例局部舌下起疹、5例轻微全身症状,均为I级反应,经药物治疗症状迅速缓解。结论:SLIT治疗儿童变应性鼻炎,症状改善效果好、安全性高。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of standardized sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)for allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:A total of 236 children with dust-mite allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the SLIT group(dermatophagoides farina drop group)and the control group(syndromic drug treatment group).Clinical symptom,medication score,VAS score,serum total IgE and sIgE were compared at one year after therapy.Results:After one year of treatment,symptom,medication and VAS score in the SLIT group were significantly better than those in the control group,all with statistical significances(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in serum total IgE and sIgE between two groups(both P>0.05).The SLIT group had 6 cases of local sublingual rash and 5 cases of systemic mild symptoms.All of them were grade I reactions,and the symptoms were quickly alleviated after drug treatment.Conclusion:SLIT has good effect on symptom improvement and high safety in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.
