摘　　要：加拿大高等教育现代化发展战略是加拿大对其高等教育现代化作出的以文本为表现形式的长远教育规划。新世纪以来,加拿大政府结合自身实际国情和高等教育现实需求,因地制宜地走出了一条独具加拿大特色的高等教育现代化发展之路,通过出台相关战略性规划推动其高等教育现代化再上新台阶,其高等教育现代化战略主题主要集中在国际化、信息化、高质量、创新和善治等方面,并彰显出兼顾高等教育的人文性与民主性、注重高等教育的宽基础和高质量、重视高等教育的国际化和信息化、强调高等教育治理的有效性等特征。在百年未有之大变局下,加拿大将通过加快高等教育国际化的进程、推进深层次的科学研究创新、促进高等教育信息化的发展以及确保高等教育优质和公平等举措进一步提高其高等教育现代化水平。宏观整体把握加拿大高等教育现代化战略主题与发展趋势,对实现我国2035高等教育现代化、迈入高等教育强国具有一定借鉴意义。The development strategy of higher education modernization in Canada is a long-term educational plan in the form of text.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the Canadian government has developed a path of modernization of higher education with unique Canadian characteristics in light of its actual national conditions and the actual needs of its higher education,and promoted the modernization of higher education to a new level by issuing relevant strategic plans.Its themes of higher education modernization strategy focus on internationalization,informationization,high quality,innovation and good governance,etc.,and embody such characteristics as the humanism,democracy,broad foundation,high quality,internationalization,informationization,and effective governance of its higher education.Facing the unprecedented changes,Canada will further improve its higher education modernization level by speeding up the process of higher education internationalization,intensifying deep scientific research and innovation,promoting the development of higher education informationization,and ensuring the quality and equality of higher education.It is of referential significance to comprehensively understand Canada’s strategic themes and development trend of higher education modernization for China’s goal to realize the modernization of higher education in 2035 as a powerful nation in higher education.
