磁共振波谱分析联合荧光素钠导航手术在幕上高级别胶质瘤患者中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的探究磁共振波谱分析(MRS)联合荧光素钠(FL)导航手术在幕上高级别胶质瘤患者中的效果。方法随机选94例幕上高级别胶质瘤患者分为对照组(行常规显微外科手术)和观察组(行MRS+FL导航手术),每组47例,对比治疗效果。结果观察组肿瘤全切率为95.74%较对照组的72.34%高,KPS评分表明、肿瘤无进展生存时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MRS+FL导航手术疗效确切,可优化生存质量,延长肿瘤无进展生存时间。Objective To explore the effect of magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)combined with sodium fluorescein(FL)navigation in patients with supratentorial high-grade gliomas.Methods 94 patients with supratentorial high-grade gliomas were randomly divided into control group(routine microsurgery)and observation group(MRS+FL navigation surgery),47 patients in each group and the treatment efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total tumor resection rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.34%).The KPS score and tumor progression free survival time of the observation group were higher(longer)than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRS+FL navigation surgery is effective,optimizes the quality of life and prolongs the progression free survival time of tumor.
