磁共振波谱联合MRI常规多参数扫描方案在前列腺癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振波谱(MRS)联合磁共振成像常规多参数扫描(MP-MRI)方案在前列腺癌(PCa)中的诊断价值。方法将104例疑诊PCa患者作为研究对象,均给予MRS联合MP-MRI检查,比较二者诊断价值和Cho/Cit和(Cho+Cre)/Cit水平。结果病理结果显示,52例为前列腺增生,52例为PCa。MRS联合MP-MRI检查特异度(84.62%)、敏感度(92.31%)较MPMRI检查高(63.46%)、(76.92%),(P<0.05);PCa组胆碱(Cho)/枸橼酸盐(Cit)以及[Cho+肌酸(Cre)]/Cit水平均高于前列腺增生组(P<0.05)。结论Cho以及Cit在PCa患者中高表达,MRS联合MP-MRI方案检查PCa可提高诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)combined with conventional multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging(MP-MRI)in prostate cancer(PCa).Methods 104 patients with suspected PCa were treated as the research objects.MRS combined with MPMRI examinations were given to all patients,the diagnostic value and Cho/Cit and(Cho+Cre)/Cit levels of MRS combined with MP-MRI and MP-MRI were compared.Results The pathological results showed that 52 patients had prostate hyperplasia and 52 patients had PCa.The specificity(84.62%)and sensitivity(92.31%)of MRS combined with MP-MRI were higher than that of MP-MRI(63.46%)and(76.92%),(P<0.05);PCa group choline(Cho)/citrate Cit and[Cho+creatine(Cre)]/Cit levels were higher than those in the prostate hyperplasia group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cho and Cit are highly expressed in PCa patients.Using MRS combined with MP-MRI to check PCa can improve the diagnostic value.
