常规与高帧频超声造影在鉴别腺瘤性及胆固醇性息肉中的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析常规超声造影与高帧频超声造影在鉴别腺瘤性息肉与胆固醇性息肉中的诊断价值。方法选取30例腺瘤性息肉和30例胆固醇性息肉患者,术前均行常规超声造影与高帧频超声造影检查,分析诊断价值。结果二种超声造影对腺瘤性息肉与胆固醇性息肉诊断数量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);血流信号、回声特征等图像特征比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规超声造影对腺瘤性息肉与胆固醇性息肉血管形态比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),增强强度、胆囊壁完整性比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规超声造影与高帧频超声造影在鉴别腺瘤性息肉与胆固醇性息肉中的均具有一定诊断价值,高帧频超声造影诊断价值更高,可提供更为可靠和准确的影像学依据。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and high frame rate contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in differentiating adenomatous polyps from cholesterol polyps.Methods 30 patients with adenomatous polyps and 30 patients with cholesterol polyps underwent conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and high-frame frequency contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before surgery and the diagnostic value was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the diagnosis number of adenomatous polyps and cholesterol polyps(P>0.05)between the two types ofultrasoundbut there was significant difference in image features,such as blood flow signal and echo characteristics(P<0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in the vascular morphology between adenomatous polyps and cholesterol polyps(P>0.05)while there was significant difference in enhancement intensity and gallbladder wall integrity(P<0.05)when conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasoundwas used.Conclusion Conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasound and high frame rate contrast-enhanced ultrasound have certain diagnostic value in differentiating adenomatous polyps and cholesterol polyps.High frame rate contrast-enhanced ultrasound has higher diagnostic value as it can provide more reliable and accurate imaging.
