摘  要:论述臭氧的特性及其制备方法,分析臭氧在纺织品前处理、染色、印花、后整理等染整加工过程中的应用特点及作用机理,并与传统染整工艺处理效果进行横向对比。结果表明:相对传统的染整工艺,臭氧处理具有处理工艺简单、用时短及环境污染小等特点,但臭氧处理存在需要调控处理时间及臭氧流量等突出问题。总体而言,臭氧处理在纺织品的染整加工中可以发挥重要作用,在未来染整加工中具有较大的发展空间和潜力,对纺织染整加工的碳中和具有一定的推动作用。Ozone treatment is an environmental friendly and cost-effective“green”dyeing and finishing technology.This paper briefly describes the characteristics and preparation methods of ozone,analyzes the application characteristics and action mechanism of ozone in textile dyeing and finishing processes such as pretreatment,dyeing,printing and finishing,and makes a horizontal comparison with the corresponding traditional dyeing and finishing process.The results show that compared with the traditional dyeing and finishing process,ozone treatment has the characteristics of simple treatment process,short time and less environmental pollution.At the same time,it also highlights the problems of ozone treatment,such as the need to regulate the treatment time and ozone flow.In general,ozone treatment can play an important role in textile dyeing and finishing.It has great development space and potential in textile dyeing and finishing in the future,and plays a certain role in promoting carbon neutralization in textile dyeing and finishing.
