摘 要:为研究缝合复合材料VARTM工艺中树脂充填流动规律,以缝合玄武岩纤维复合材料为研究对象,测试缝合预制件渗透率。建立缝合预制件细观单胞模型及板块模型,模型考虑了缝合过程中由缝线撑开的孔隙和铺层角度带来的孔隙位置变化,利用PAM-RTM软件分析树脂在材料内部的渗透规律,得到模型的渗透率。并与实验值做比对,检验模型及模拟过程的可行性。同时,计算不同缝合间距预制件的渗透率。结果表明:与未缝合预制件相比,缝合间距为4 mm的预制件渗透率提高了37%;缝孔的存在利于树脂在预制件厚度方向上的流动,可以加快树脂填充速率;缝合间距越小,渗透率越高,但过低的缝合间距会增加面板与缝孔间树脂流动速度的不一致性。In order to study the resin filling flow law in the stitched composite material VARTM process,with stitched basalt fiber composite material as the research object,the permeability of the stitched preform was tested.Then the meso-cell model and plate model of the stitched preform were established.The model took into account the changes in the position of the pores caused by the pores opened by the sutures and the lay angle during the stitching process,and the PAM-RTM software was used to analyze the resin penetration inside the material.According to the law,the permeability of the model was obtained,and then comparison with the experimental value was made to verify the feasibility of the model and the simulation process.At the same time,the permeability of the preforms with different stitching spacing was calculated.Compared with unstitched preforms,the permeability of preforms with stitch spacing of 4mm increased by 37%.The existence of slits facilitates the flow of resin in the thickness direction of the preform and can speed up the resin filling rate.The smaller the stitching distance,the higher the permeability,but a too low stitching distance will increase the inconsistency of the resin flow rate between the panel and the slot.
