摘 要:采用X-ray衍射、热重分析、傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电镜等测试手段研究粘胶纤维在低温热处理和碳化阶段的结构演变,分析了粘胶纤维在各个不同温度处理阶段的晶态结构、热失重行为、分子结构和表面形貌的变化规律。研究结果表明:粘胶纤维经过不同温度热处理后,晶区经历了增长、破坏及碳网平面形成;纤维在升温过程中发生了四段不同的热裂解过程,最终形成了类石墨组织结构;同时纤维表面缺陷随着温度的升高先增大后逐渐减少,但表面仍有缺陷存在。X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,Fourier infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the structural evolution of viscose fibers during the low temperature heat treatment and carbonization stages.The crystalline structure,thermal weight loss behavior,macromolecular structure and surface morphology of viscose fibers with different temperature treatment were analyzed.The results showed that,after the heat treatments with different temperatures,the crystal regions of the viscose fibers went through three stages:growth,destruction and the formation of a carbon net.The fiber underwent four pyrolysis processes during the heating,forming graphite-like structure ultimately.At the same time,the surface defects of carbon fiber first increased and then decreased with the increase of temperature,but there were still defects on the surface of carbon fiber.
