免疫新城疫活疫苗对大肠杆菌感染鸡群 血清生化指标变化的影响

摘　　要：为了研究鸡新城疫活疫苗紧急免疫控制鸡大肠杆菌病的效果,通过大肠杆菌人工感染30日龄蛋鸡,待出现病症后,紧急免疫新城疫Lasota弱毒活疫苗(Ⅳ系)4羽份,分别于免疫后第5 d、第10 d、第17 d,随机采集各组血样8份,分离血清,分别用比浊法、双缩脲法、溴甲酚绿法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清溶菌酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果显示:免疫10 d,试验组、对照组、空白组的溶菌酶值分别为121.81±21.76 U/mL、116.56±10.78 U/mL、112.27±12.02 U/mL,试验组与对照间差异显著;试验组、对照组的总蛋白和白蛋白都低于空白组,差异显著;此外,试验组总蛋白高于对照组,两者间差异显著;试验组与对照组的血清SOD值差异不显著。结果表明:新城疫活疫苗能有效提升血清的溶菌酶和蛋白质含量,提升机体非特异性免疫,对鸡大肠杆菌病有较好的防控和辅助治疗作用。In order to study the effect of emergency immunization with live newcastle disease vaccine to control chicken colibacillosis,30-day-old layer hens were artificially infected with E.coli.After the symptoms appeared,4 copies of Lasota(IV)attenuated live vaccine were urgently immunized,respectively.On the 5th,10th,and 17th days after immunization,8 samples of blood from each group were randomly collected,and the serum was separated,and the lysozyme,total protein,albumin,superoxide dismutase(SOD)content was determined by the turbidimetric method,the biuret method,the bromocresol green method,and the xanthine oxidase method.The results showed that after 10 days of immunization,the lysozyme values of the test group,the control group,and the blank group were 121.81±21.76 U/mL,116.56±10.78 U/mL,112.27±12.02 U/mL,respectively.The difference between the test group and the control was significant;the total protein of the test group and the control group both the albumin and albumin are lower than the blank group,and the difference is significant.In addition,the total protein of the test group is higher than the control group,and the difference between the two is significant;the difference in serum SOD value between the test group and the control group is not significant.The results show that live newcastle disease vaccine can effectively increase the serum lysozyme and protein content,enhance the body's non-specific immunity,and have a better auxiliary therapeutic effect on the prevention and control of chicken colibacillosis.
