摘  要:基于新型纳米材料构建的癌症诊疗一体化平台,将诊断探针和治疗试剂结合在一个功能化的纳米材料上,实现癌症的诊断、治疗和疗效监控等功能于一体,不仅能够实现癌症的成像和治疗,而且可以实现对治疗效果的实时检测,为癌症的早期诊断和精准治疗提供一个全新的多功能诊治平台。基于荧光成像(FLI)的纳米材料诊疗一体化平台,具有灵敏度高、选择性好、原位可视化观测、非侵入性强等优点,受到了广泛关注。本文对基于多种纳米材料的FLI癌症诊疗一体化探针进行归纳总结,有助于对纳米材料在诊疗一体化中的广阔应用。The cancer theranostic nanoprobes based on new nanomaterials combines diagnostic probes and therapeutic reagents on a functional nanomaterial to realize the integration of cancer diagnosis,treatment,and curative effect monitoring.It can realize cancer imaging and treatment,and real-time detection of treatment effects,thus providing a brand-new multifunctional diagnosis and treatment platform for early diagnosis and precise treatment of cancer.The integrated platform for diagnosis and treatment of nano-materials based on fluorescence imaging(FLI)has the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity,in-situ visual observation,and strong non-invasiveness,and has received extensive attention.This paper summarizes the integration of fluorescent imaging cancer diagnosis and treatment probes based on a variety of nanomaterials,which is helpful for the broad application of nanomaterials in the integration of re-diagnosis and treatment.
