摘 要:利用K_(5)[MnV_(11)O_(32)]·(10~12)H_(2)O与漆酶催化邻苯二酚的聚合,并原位用于棉织物染色,分析其聚合产物和棉布样品的红外光谱,以及染色溶液的紫外-可见光谱,探讨钒多酸、漆酶、反应时间等对棉织物染色深度的影响。测试了染色棉织物样品的耐摩擦牢度和耐皂洗牢度。结果表明,多钒氧簇/漆酶体系对邻苯二酚聚合具有优异的催化活性,该聚合物可用于棉织物原位染色,上染颜色较深,染色织物表现出较好的染色牢度。This work is mainly about the synergistic effect between laccase and polyoxovanadate,K_(5)[MnV_(11)O_(32)]·(10~12)H_(2)O for the polymerization of catechol,and further to dye cotton fabric.The IR of polymerization product and cotton samples,as well as UV spectra of the dye solution were analyzed.The influence about polyoxovanadate,laccase and time on dyeing depth of cotton fabric was explored.The fastness of dyeing cotton fabric was analyzed by testing the fastness to rubbing and soaping.The results show that the system of K_(5)[MnV_(11)O_(32)]·(10~12)H_(2)O and laccase has excellent catalytic activity for the polymerization of catechol,and the polymer can be used for dyeing cotton fabric in-situ with darker color.Interestingly,the dyed fabrics show better dyeing fastness.
