摘  要:【目的】研究不同精粗比日粮对黑藏羊公羔肺组织形态发育、抗氧化酶活性及其相关基因表达的影响。【方法】选取体况良好、平均体重为(10.45±0.96)kg的2月龄断奶黑藏羊60只,随机分为3组,每组20只,每组5个重复,每个重复4只。分别饲喂精粗比为70∶30、50∶50和30∶70的日粮。预试期8 d,正试期120 d。【结果】①70∶30组肺泡隔厚度高于50∶50组(P>0.05)和30∶70组(P<0.05),50∶50组单个肺泡面积显著小于30∶70组(P<0.05),较70∶30组差异不显著(P>0.05),同时50∶50组单位面积肺泡数显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。②50∶50组和30∶70组血管直径、中膜厚度均显著小于70∶30组(P<0.05),各组间单位面积血管数、中膜厚度/血管直径差异不显著(P>0.05)。③50∶50组超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性显著高于70∶30组(P<0.05),较30∶70组差异不显著(P>0.05),而30∶70组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性显著高于70∶30组(P<0.05),较50∶50组差异不显著(P>0.05)。④50∶50组SOD和CAT基因表达量高于70∶30组(P<0.05)与30∶70组(P>0.05),70∶30组GSH-Px基因表达量低于50∶50组(P>0.05)和30∶70组(P<0.05)。【结论】适宜的精粗比日粮对育成期黑藏羊肺组织形态发育和抗氧化性能具有明显的促进作用,其中,精粗比以50∶50的日粮作用效果较宜。[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrate to forage ratio diets on lung morphological development,antioxidant enzyme activity and related gene expression of black Tibetan male lamb.[Method]Sixty 2-month-old black Tibetan sheep with average body weight of(10.45±0.96)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 sheep in each group and 5 replicates in each group and 4 sheep in each replicate.The broilers were fed the concentrate to forage ratios of 70:30,50:50 and 30:70,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 8 days,and the trial period lasted for 120 days.[Result](i)The alveolar septum thickness of the 70:30 group was higher than that of the 50:50 group(P>0.05)and 30:70 group(P<0.05).The single alveolar area of the 50:50 group was significantly lower than that of the 30:70 group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the 50:50 group and the 70:30 group(P>0.05).Meanwhile,the number of alveoli per unit area in 50:50 group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).(ii)The vessel diameter and media thickness in 50:50 and 30:70 groups were significantly lower than those in 70:30 group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the number of vessels per unit area and media thickness/vessel diameter a-mong all groups(P>0.05).(iii)The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in 50:50 group were significantly higher than those in 70:30 group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with 30:70 group(P>0.05).The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in 30:70 group was significantly higher than that in 70:30 group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with 50:50 group(P>0.05).(iv)The SOD and CAT gene expression levels in 50:50 group were higher than those in 70:30 group(P<0.05)and 30:70 group(P>0.05),and the GSH-Px gene expression levels in 70:30 group were lower than those in 50:50 group(P>0.05)and 30:70 group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The suitable ration of conc
