摘  要:闪电一方面维持了全球大气电平衡,另一方面又破坏性极强,严重危害人类社会生产生活安全。VLF/LF三维闪电定位系统自2013年开始建设,目前在我国共计400多个三维闪电探测站,探测范围覆盖我国大陆大部分地区及周围海域,数据处理中心通过接收各个探测站上传的闪电电磁脉冲信号,采用三维时差定位算法实时计算闪电发生的时间、类型、经纬度、高度及峰值电流强度等闪电活动参数,经处理制图获得全国闪电数据集。本数据集可用于闪电落点位置、闪电累积密度分布及移动趋势研究,为气象、民航、电力、林业、石油化工和应急管理等部门提供减灾防灾服务,还可为闪电灾害预警、闪电活动特性、雷暴强对流天气的监测和预警、全球气候变化和日地空间物理研究提供科研数据支撑。On the one hand,lightning maintains the global atmospheric electricity balance,on the other hand,it could cause damages and hazards.The VLF/LF lightning positioning system has been constructed since 2013,and there are more than 400 three-dimensional lightning detection stations in China.The detection range covers most of the mainland of China and the adjacent seas.The data processing center of VLF/LF Lightning Location Monitoring System receives the lightning electromagnetic pulse signals returned by detection stations,using the 3D time-of-arrival method to locate the lightning parameters,such as the time,type,latitude and longitude,height and peak current intensity of lightning in real time,and obtain the national lightning location dataset.This dataset can be used to study the location of lightning strikes,the distribution of lightning density and movement trends,and provide disaster reduction and prevention services for meteorological,civil aviation,electric power,forestry,petrochemical,and emergency management departments.It can also provide date to the study of lightning disaster warnings,lightning activities,monitoring and early warning of thunderstorms,global climate change and solarterrestrial physics.
