摘　　要：目的研究不同肺康复(PR)治疗对于中、重度稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者BODE指数以及CAT评分的影响。方法收集中、重度稳定期COPD患者共197例,中、重度均随机分为3组,1组为PR12周,1组为PR24周,另外1组为对照组。对照组仅给予常规药物治疗及健康宣教。PR组在此基础上给予不同时间的PR治疗;观察并比较不同康复治疗时间,患者BODE指数、CAT评分情况。结果持续PR 12周组、24周组COPD患者的BODE指数、CAT评分在观察12周、24周、1年较康复前明显改善(P<0.05),观察72周及2年上述指标下降,且与康复前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者与康复前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PR对于中、重度稳定期COPD患者BODE指数、CAT评分改善明显,但会随着停止PR而导致获益终止,提供个体化的PR方案对于COPD患者至关重要。Objective To study the effects of different pulmonary rehabilitation(PR)treatments on BODE index and CAT score in patients with moderate and severe stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 197 patients with moderate and severe stable COPD were collected and randomly divided into three groups,one for PR12 weeks,another for PR24 weeks,and the other for the control group.The patients in control group were only given conventional drug treatment and health education.On this basis,the PR group was given different time of PR treatment;the different rehabilitation treatment time,BODE index and CAT score of patients were observed and compared.Results The BODE index and CAT score of COPD patients in the continuous PR 12-week and 24-week groups were significantly improved after 12 weeks,24 weeks and one year of observation compared with those before rehabilitation(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the previous comparisons(P>0.05).and between the control group and before rehabilitation(P>0.05).Conclusion PR could improve the BODE index and CAT score of patients with moderate and severe stable COPD significantly,but the benefits will be terminated when PR is stopped.It is very important to provide individualized PR programs for COPD patients.
