银川市某养老机构老年人日常生活自理能力与主观幸福感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解老年人日常生活自理能力与主观幸福感的现状,分析老年人日常生活自理能力与主观幸福感的关系。方法选择银川市某养老机构的216例老年人为研究对象,采用Barthel指数评定量表(ADL)、主观幸福感量表进行评定。结果银川市某养老机构老年人日常生活自理能力总分为(79.84±14.32)分,主观幸福感总分为(30.40±12.76)分,处于中等水平;老年人主观幸福感与全国常模比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年人日常生活自理能力与主观幸福感总分,呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论日常生活自理能力越高的老年人,主观幸福感越强。Objective To understand the current situation of the elderly′s self-care ability in daily life and subjective well-being,and to analyze the relationship between the elderly′s daily self-care ability and subjective well-being.Methods A total of 216 elderly people in a nursing home in Yinchuan city were selected as the study subjects,and the results were evaluated by using Barthel Index(ADL)and subjective well-being scale.Results The total score of self-care ability in daily life of the elderly in a pension institution in Yinchuan city was(79.84±14.32),and the total score of subjective well-being was(30.40±12.76),which were in the middle level.The difference between the subjective well-being of the elderly and the Chinese norm was significantly difference(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the daily self-care ability of the elderly and the total score of subjective well-being(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the self-care ability in daily life,the stronger the subjective well-being.
