富血小板血浆治疗部分肩袖损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究富血小板血浆关节内注射治疗部分肩袖损伤的临床疗效观察。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的96例部分肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,按照数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予传统药物、外敷膏药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予富血小板血浆关节内注射治疗。对比两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评测法(FMA)、加州大学肩关节评分系统(UCLA)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和治疗过程中不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后运动功能FMA、CULA、VAS评分[(88.19±6.91)、(35.19±1.01)、(2.52±0.93)分]优于对照组[(79.29±5.83)、(31.29±1.15)、(4.31±0.95)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗过程中不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆治疗部分肩袖损伤的疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intraarticular injection of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of partial rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 96 patients with partial rotator cuff injury admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and all the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the numerical random table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional medicine and external plaster,meanwhile,the research group was treated with intra-articular injection of platelet-rich plasma on the basis of the control group.FMA of limb motor function,UCLA of the shoulder joint and VAS score of pain were compared before and after treatment.And the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment also was compared.Results After treatment,FMA,CULA and VAS scores of the study group[(88.19±6.91),(35.19±1.01),(2.52±0.93)points]were better than those of the control group[(79.29±5.83),(31.29±1.15),(4.31±0.95)points].And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was lower in the study group than in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of rotator cuff injury is definite.
