摘  要:细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))是指大气中空气动力学直径≤2.5μm的颗粒物,是雾霾的重要组成部分。流行病学研究和动物实验均表明,PM_(2.5)的暴露与动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生、发展密切相关。AS作为一种具有自身免疫成分的慢性炎症性疾病,实验研究证明通过免疫调节、抗炎免疫反应可以减轻AS,表明在PM_(2.5)致AS发生、发展的过程中免疫调节紊乱起着重要的作用。该文基于现有的文献资料,结合相关体内、体外实验研究,综合探讨并总结PM_(2.5)致免疫调节紊乱在AS中的作用。Fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))refers to particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5μm or less in the atmosphere,which is the main component of haze.Epidemiological studies and animal experiments have shown that PM_(2.5) exposure is closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis(AS).AS is a chronic inflammatory disease with autoimmune components.Experimental studies have proved that atherosclerosis can be alleviated by immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory immune responses.These results suggest that immunomodulatory disorder plays an important role in the occurrence and development of PM_(2.5) induced atherosclerosis.Based on the existing literature and related in vivo and in vitro experimental studies,this paper comprehensively discusses and summarizes the role of PM_(2.5)-induced immune regulation disorder in atherosclerosis.
