摘 要:油气开采用功能压裂支撑剂以其稳定的化学性质、高效的油气增产能力以及特殊功能等特点,受到科学界和工业界的广泛关注。综述了近年来发展起来的油气开采用功能压裂支撑剂的最新研究进展,介绍了油气开采用功能压裂支撑剂的种类,包括减水支撑剂、可膨胀支撑剂、示踪支撑剂、回流控制支撑剂、水处理支撑剂、自悬浮支撑剂、原位支撑剂和木质支撑剂;阐述了油气开采用功能压裂支撑剂的合成方法,即表面修饰、外层包覆和组分设计;展望了油气开采用功能压裂支撑剂的应用前景,如油气提质增效、油气开采水处理、现场井下检测等。最后,指出了油气开采用功能压裂支撑剂研究和应用中有待解决的问题,包括多功能化、力学性能优化和科学评价现场使用情况。The use of functional fracturing proppants for oil and gas development have attracted extensive attention of the scientific and industrial circles because of its stable chemical properties,efficient oil and gas production enhancement capacity,and special functions.This paper summarizes the latest research progress of functional fracturing proppants developed in recent years.The types of functional fracturing proppants used in oil and gas development are introduced,including water-reducing proppants,swellable proppants,tracer proppants,reflux control proppants,water treatment proppants,self-suspending proppants,in-situ proppants and wood proppants.The synthesis methods are described,involving surface modification,outer coating and component design.Future applications of functional fracturing proppants used in oil and gas development,such as oil and gas quality and efficiency enhancement,oil and gas production water treatment,on-site downhole testing,etc.,are prospected.Finally,the problems to be solved in the research and application,such as multi-functionalization,optimization of mechanical properties and scientific evaluation of on-site use,are pointed out.
