摘  要:西部油田某转油站外输管线及阀组管线材质为20#钢,规格为Φ219 mm×6.5 mm,针对油站外输管线腐蚀、结垢严重及无法通球的问题,开发了新型缓蚀阻垢剂。用SEM-EDS、红外光谱以及XRD等检测方法分析了垢样的组成及含量,用静态失重法评价了缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀性能,用阻垢性能试验评价了缓蚀阻垢剂对现场所取垢样的阻垢率,并且完成现场应用。结果表明,垢样的主要组成为CaCO_(3)、SiO_(2)和BaSO_(4),当缓蚀阻垢剂加量为50 mg/L时,在50℃的模拟溶液中静置72 h,20^(#)钢的平均腐蚀速率为0.0373 mm/a,缓蚀阻垢剂对CaCO_(3)垢型、SiO_(2)垢型和BaSO_(4)垢型的平均阻垢率分别为92.8%、91.1%和92.2%。该缓蚀阻垢剂的性能优异,现场通过高浓度溶垢+低浓度阻垢的工艺达到了溶垢解堵的目的。The material of the export pipeline and valve group pipeline of an oil transfer station in western oil field is 20#steel,with pipe specification ofΦ219 mm×6.5 mm.In view of problems including serious corrosion and scaling and failure to pass balls,a new type of corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor was developed.The composition and content of the scale samples were analyzed by SEM-EDS,infrared spectroscopy and XRD,the corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitor was evaluated by static weight loss method,the scale inhibition rate of the inhibitor was evaluated by scale inhibition performance test,and the field application was completed.The results show that the scale samples are mainly composed of CaCO_(3),SiO_(2) and BaSO_(4).The average corrosion rate of 20#steel is 0.0373 mm/a when the amount of corrosion inhibitor is 50 mg/L and the scale inhibitor is kept in the simulated solution at 50℃for 72 h.The average scale inhibition rates against CaCO_(3),SiO_(2) and BaSO_(4) are 92.8%,91.1%and 92.2%,respectively.The corrosion and scale inhibitor has excellent performance,and the technology of scale-dissolving with high concentration and scale inhibitation with low concentration of inhibitor can achieve the purpose of scale-dissolving and block-removal.
