摘 要:针对实验室模拟原油电脱盐工艺流程,分析脱后原油含盐量对原油加工设备的腐蚀问题。以某石化公司脱前原油为研究对象,利用正交试验极差分析法、电化学方法和腐蚀失重法,筛选出了原油电脱盐最佳参数并研究了20^(#)钢在NaCl模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。原油电脱盐最优参数为温度150℃、电场强度3700 V、破乳剂浓度40 mg/L和电脱盐时间40 min。20^(#)在模拟溶液中随着温度升高,试样腐蚀速率从0.2065 mm/a减小至0.0536 mm/a,平均腐蚀坑深度从10.7μm减小至5.4μm,点蚀速率从0.5579 mm/a减小至0.2815 mm/a。最优电脱盐参数下的脱后原油虽满足原油加工要求,但20^(#)钢在其含盐量对应的模拟溶液中腐蚀仍较为严重,建议实际生产中添加缓蚀剂。Aiming at the process flow of simulated crude oil electric desalting in the laboratory,the corrosion of crude oil processing equipment caused by the salt content of desalted crude oil was studied.Taking the crude oil before desalting in a petrochemical company as the research object,the optimal parameters of crude oil electric desalting were selected by using orthogonal experimental range analysis,electrochemical method and corrosion weight loss method.The corrosion behavior of 20^(#)steel in NaCl simulated solution was studied.The optimum parameters of crude oil electric desalting are obtained as follows:temperature 150℃,electric field intensity 3700 V,demulsifier concentration 40 mg/L and electric desalting time 40 min.With the increase of temperature,the corrosion rate of 20^(#)steel sample in the simulated solution decreases from 0.2065 mm/a to 0.0536 mm/a,and the average corrosion pit depth decreases from 10.7μm reduced to 5.4μm.The pitting rate decreases from 0.5579 mm/a to 0.2815 mm/a.Although the desalted crude oil under the optimal electric desalting parameters meets the requirements of crude oil processing,20^(#)steel is still seriously corroded in the simulated solution corresponding to its salt content.It is suggested to add corrosion inhibitor in actual production.
