摘　　要：随着使用周期的加长,ECIM55402井径仪无法开收腿的故障率明显升高。通过对典型故障进行分析,提出了相应的解决办法。在此基础上,提出了对K3继电器触点及其驱动电路的保护措施,以减少此类故障的发生。With the increase of service time,the failure rate of ECIM55402 caliper tool being unable to open or close legs is obviously higher.Through the analysis of the typical failures of ECIM55402 caliper,the corresponding solutions are put forward.On the basis of which,the protection measures for the contacts and drive circuits of relay K3 are also put forward to eliminate the failures.
