摘 要:通过改造气体分布板的结构,探索细萤石颗粒的流化强化方法。结果表明:采用泡罩型气体分布板流化细萤石颗粒,流化分率可达85%,床层膨胀比可达1.75,与孔板型气体分布板比较,提升效果明显。通过声信号检测和计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟,发现通过破碎流化床底部带沟流的固定床区,泡罩型气体分布板可以实现对细萤石颗粒流化质量的强化。By modifying the structure of the gas distribution plate,the fluidization strengthening method of fine fluorite particles was explored.The results show that the use of bubble cap gas distribution plate to fluidize fine fluorite particles can achieve a fluidization fraction of 85%and a bed expansion ratio of 1.75.Compared with orifice plate gas distribution plate,the improvement effect is obvious.Through acoustic signal detection and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation,it is found that by breaking the fixed bed area with channel flow at the bottom of the fluidized bed,the bubble-cap gas distribution plate can enhance the fluidization quality of fine fluorite particles.
