摘  要:N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)是一种有机溶剂,是生产锂电池的重要辅材,其品质直接影响着高端电子产品的生产与质量。随着锂电池行业的快速发展,我国NMP的需求量与日俱增,NMP废气的回收再利用已成为一大研究课题。本文以某锂电公司回收的低浓度NMP水溶液为设计依据,通过Aspen模拟优化,确定减压精馏塔的进料方式、塔板数和进料位置。在优化条件下,减压精馏塔塔底得到纯度大于99.99 wt%的NMP溶液,达到低浓度NMP溶液有效回收再利用的目的。N-Methylpyrrolidone(NMP)is an organic solvent and an important auxiliary material for the production of lithium batteries.Its quality directly affects the production and quality of high-end electronic products.With the rapid development of lithium battery industry,the demand for NMP in China is increasing day by day,and the recycling of NMP exhaust gas has become a major research topic.In this paper,the low-concentration NMP aqueous solution recovered from a lithium battery company was used as the design basis,and the feeding mode,plate number and feeding position of the vacuum distillation tower were determined through Aspen simulation optimization.Under the optimized conditions,the purity of NMP solution greater than 99.99 wt%was obtained at the bottom of the vacuum distillation tower,so as to achieve the purpose of effective recovery and reuse of low-concentration NMP solution.
