摘 要:目的通过品管圈(quality contrd circle, QCC)活动降低医院内分泌科可穿戴医疗设备的故障率。方法首先成立医疗设备处和内分泌科专业品管圈;然后收集统计2018年10月至2019年10月期间内分泌科动态血糖监测仪和胰岛素泵出现故障情况,借助头脑风暴法、甘特图、鱼骨图等管理工具进行分析,针对故障原因制定并实施对策;最后,比较对策实施前后设备的故障率以评价实施对策的有效性。结果改善后的设备故障率由0.250%降低至0.058%,降幅为76.8%,内分泌科因设备故障带来的经济损失由改善前的0.958%降低至改善后的0.244%。结论品管圈活动可以有效降低内分泌科可穿戴医疗设备的故障率,规避医疗风险,降低医疗费用。通过加强医疗设备的管理,可以提高患者满意度和诊疗活动的安全性,也为如何降低全院更多可穿戴设备的故障率提供了新思路和新方法。Objective To reduce the failure rate of wearable medical equipment in the department of endocrinology through quality control circles(QCC).Methods Quality control circles were firstly established in the Department of Endocrinology and the Department of Equipment, after which the malfunction of wearable medical devices from October, 2018 to October, 2019 in the Department of Endocrinology that include dynamic glucose monitor devices and insulin pump was calculated.Brainstorm, Gantt chart, Fishbone diagram and other management tools were used to analyze the true causes and formulate corresponding measures for implementation.Finally, the failure rates of equipment before and after the quality control circles were compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures.Results After being enhanced, the failure rate of wearable devices decreased from 0.250% to 0.058%,with a decline rate of 76.8%.The economic losses caused by equipment failure in the Department of Endocrinology dropped from 0.958% before improvement to 0.244% after improvement.Conclusions It is demonstrated that quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the failure rate of wearable devices in the Department of Endocrinology, evade medical risks and decrease medical costs.In the process of strengthening the management of medical devices, patient satisfaction and accuracy of diagnosis will be improved, which will also provide new and innovative ideas and methods for minimizing the failure rate of more wearable devices in the hospital.
