摘 要:介绍了环形炉煤调湿技术的工艺流程和创新性,通过进行环形炉煤调湿试验,得出环形炉煤调湿能够降低煤粉水分约2%,调湿效率为22.3%,与煤调湿系统热平衡理论计算值相接近,说明环形煤调湿技术的工艺机理和设备选择正确,能够满足调湿工艺要求。The technological process and innovativeness on the technologies for coal moisture control in annular furnace were introduced.Based on the experiment of coal moisture control in annular furnace,it was concluded that coal moisture in annular furnace could be reduced by about 2%,and the humidity control efficiency was 22.3%,which was close to the calculated value by the thermal balance theory for the coal moisture control system.So experimental results showed that it was a correct selection to get current process mechanism and equipment for the annular coal moisture control,which could meet the requirements asked by the moisture control process.
