摘  要:为了保证火花源直读光谱仪分析数据的准确性,进行了火花源直读光谱仪检出限、重复性和稳定性试验,并将火花源直读光谱仪分为A、B、C、D 4个等级,以试验数据为基础,对光谱仪进行了分级评价和管理。同时,提出可从试样质量、分析操作和直读光谱仪本身3个方面提高光谱仪的重复性和稳定性水平。In order to ensure the accuracy of the analysis data by spark source direct reading spectrometer,the detection limit,repeatability and stability tests in terms of the spark source direct reading spectrometer were carried out.On the other hand,carrying out the management by different levels such as A,B,C and D for the spark source direct reading spectrometer.Based on the test data,the spectrometer was evaluated and supervised by different levels.Meanwhile,it was proposed that the repeatability and stability of the spectrometer could be improved in three aspects such as improving the quality of samples,operation for analysis and direct reading spectrometer itself.
