摘　　要：针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼焦部160 t/h干熄焦炉采用低压蒸汽温风干燥达不到烘炉效果的问题,提出采用中压蒸汽回流方式进行温风干燥。实践后,干熄焦炉入口温度由70℃提高至147℃,达到温风干燥烘炉的效果,值得推广和借鉴。In allusion to the problem that good drying oven effects by warm air drying with low pressure steam for 160 t/h dry quenching coke oven in Coking Department of Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.cannot be achieved,the method by warm air drying with medium pressure steam in backflow mode was proposed.By this method in practice,the inlet temperature of dry quenching coke oven increased from 70℃to 147℃,so the drying oven effect by drying the oven with warm air was achieved and this method was worth popularizing and using for reference.
