摘　　要：针对本钢喷淋式饱和器满流管和结晶区域底部堵塞及单台饱和器煤气处理量小的问题,对饱和器的满流管、降液管以及饱和器的容量进行了改造。改造后的饱和器投入运行后,硫铵结晶堵塞设备的情况明显改善,单台煤气处理能力达到10万m^(3)/h,煤气中氨含量小于50 mg/m^(3),满足了生产要求。In view of these problems that clogging occurred in an overflow pipe to the spray type saturator or at the bottom of the crystal region and the gas-processing capacity by single saturator was less in Bengang,the overflow pipes and downcomer pipes in terms of the spray type saturator and its capacity were upgraded.So after the upgraded spray type saturator was put into operation,the clogging occurrences in the overflow pipe caused by the crystallization of ammonium sulfate lessened evidently.And therefore the gas-processing capacity by single saturator was up to 100 thousand m^(3)/h and content of ammonia in coke oven gas was less than 50 mg/m^(3),which met the requirements asked by production.
