摘  要:为了提高低磷合金钢水的纯净度,鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司采取了低钛铁水、“两扒一脱”的铁水预处理工艺,转炉采用低硫原材料和双渣法冶炼,过程温度控制在1540~1560℃,出钢温度控制在1620~1640℃,LF全程吹氩。采取上述措施后,LF搬出硫含量控制在0.0010%以下,精炼处理后夹杂物尺寸控制在15μm以内,满足了批量生产低磷合金钢的要求。In order to improve the cleanliness of low phosphorus alloy molten steel,the pretreatment process for hot metal with low content of titanium and one-time decarburization and carrying out the slag skimming operation for two times was applied and low sulfur raw materials was applied and smelted by converter with double slag smelting process provided that smelting temperature was controlled in the range from 1540℃to 1560℃and tapping temperature was controlled in the range from 1620℃to 1640℃,while argon blowing technology was applied in the entire refining process by LF in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..After these measures were taken the content of sulfur in molten steel after refining by LF was controlled less than 0.0010%,the size of inclusions in molten steel after refining was controlled within 15μm,which satisfied the requirements asked by batch production of low-phosphorous alloy steel.
