摘 要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂生产冷镦钢SWRCH22A时发生浸入式水口絮流影响钢水洁净度的问题,优化了转炉冶炼终点控制、精炼LF炉造白渣和机前保护浇注等工艺,结果絮流现象得到改善,平均每浇次换水口由4~5次降至1~2次,提高了钢水质量。With regard to the problem that cleanliness of molten steel was effected by flocculent flow occurred at submerged entry nozzles in producing square billets of SWRCH22A cold heading steel in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the terminal temperature control technology for molten steel smelted by converter,the process for white line slag created by refining in LF and protective casting technology before continuous casting were optimized.After that the flocculent flow phenomena were alleviated,and the times for replacing nozzles were reduced to 1 time or 2 times from the range from 4 times to 5 times on the average per casting time and then molten steel quality was improved.
