芬氟合剂穴位注射预防子宫切除术中牵拉反应临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨芬氟合剂内关穴注射预防经腹子宫切除术中牵拉反应的临床效果。方法64例拟于硬膜外阻滞麻醉下行经腹子宫切除术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组于术前行芬氟合剂内关穴注射,对照组不给予其它药物或治疗措施。于术中特定时段观察患者牵拉反应发生率及血压、心率变化。结果观察组术中特定时段牵拉反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组术中特定时段收缩压均低于术前;与观察组比较,除切开腹膜特定时段外,其它特定时段均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术中特定时段心率低于术前;与观察组比较,除切开腹膜特定时段外,其它特定时段均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芬氟合剂内关穴注射预防经腹子宫切除术中牵拉反应效果确切,操作简便,且无其它不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fenflu mixture injection at Neiguan point in preventing traction reaction during abdominal hysterectomy.Methods A total of 64 patients who were going to undergo transabdominal hysterectomy under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The observation group was given Fenflu mixture injection at Neiguan point before operation,and the control group was not given other drugs or treatment measures.The incidence of stretch reaction and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were observed during a specific period of operation.Results The incidence of traction reaction in the observation group at a specific period of time during operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative systolic blood pressure in the control group was lower than that before the operation;compared with the observation group,except for the specific period of peritoneal incision,other specific periods were lower than the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate in the control group was lower than that before the operation in a specific period of time;compared with the observation group,except for the specific period of peritoneal incision,other specific periods were lower than the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fenflu mixture injection at Neiguan point is effective in preventing traction reaction during abdominal hysterectomy.The operation is simple,and no other adverse reactions are found.
