摘  要:为了解决季冻区沥青路面路用性能和耐久性不足的问题,采用钢渣等体积替代天然粗骨料,并制备钢渣沥青混合料(Steel Slag Asphalt Mixture,SAM),研究钢渣替代率(0%、25%、50%、75%和100%)对沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性和冻融耐久性的影响,进行了车辙试验、低温劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和冻融循环试验。试验结果表明:随着钢渣替代率的增加,动稳定度和低温断裂能显著增加,冻融劈裂强度比和残留稳定度平稳增加,说明钢渣能有效提高沥青混合料的路用性能。随着冻融循环次数的增加,SAM的劈裂强度逐渐下降。当冻融循环次数相同时,随着钢渣替代率的增加,SAM的劈裂强度损失率逐渐下降。在20次冻融循环后,钢渣替代率为100%的沥青混合料劈裂强度损失率最低,比对照组(0%)降低了6.38%,表明钢渣加入能提高混合料冻融耐久性。因此,建议钢渣的替代率为100%。To solve the problem of insufficient pavement performances and durability of asphalt pavement for seasonal frozen regions,steel slags were used to replace natural coarse aggregates by equal volume method to prepare steel slag asphalt mixtures.The effects of steel slag replacement rate(0%,25%,50%,75%and 100%)on high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,water stability and freeze-thaw durability of asphalt mixture were studied.Rutting test,low-temperature splitting test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and freeze-thaw cycle test were carried out.The results showed that with the increase of steel slag replacement rate,dynamic stability and low-temperature fracture energy increase significantly,and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and residual stability increase steadily.It is shown that steel slag can effectively improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture.With the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the splitting strength of steel slag asphalt mixtures decreased gradually.When the number of freeze-thaw cycles was the same,the loss rate of splitting strength of steel slag asphalt mixture decreased with the increase of steel slag replacement rate.After 20 freezing-thawing cycles,the loss rate of splitting strength of asphalt mixtures with 100%steel slag was the lowest,which was 6.38%lower than that of the control group(0%),indicating that the addition of steel slag can improve the freeze-thaw durability of the mixtures.Therefore,the replacement rate of steel slag was suggested to be 100%.
