摘　　要：设计了一种直动式限位开关的装配生产线控制系统,利用西门子IOT2050网关进行信息化升级,自动完成直动式限位开关的生产过程。通过MQTT协议将工业生产现场设备与云端服务器相连接,将现场设备数据采集并传输到云端服务器。企业管理人员可以通过网页或工业APP及时监控、分析、处理现场设备数据,实现设备全自动化运行。An automated production line using Siemens IOT2050 gateway to upgrade information is designed,which can not only automatically complete the production process of direct-acting limit switches,but also collect and transfer field equipment data to the cloud server by connecting them through the MQTT protocol.Enterprise managers can monitor,analyze and process the field equipment data in a timely manner through web pages or industrial APPs,so that fully automated operation is achieved.
