零工经济的伦理审度与校勘

摘　　要：近年来,互联网平台革新在世界各国相继发生,“零工经济”于此进程中迅速崛起。它深刻蕴藏着的内在伦理精神是基于人对于劳动自由价值的渴望、对运作良好的信用伦理体系的遵守、对生产效率的提升以及对可行能力平等的正义目标的追求。然而,在激活劳动力市场的同时,零工经济也催生了一系列问题:零工经济的崛起加速了社会权力流散、带来数字剥削下的新型劳资矛盾并引发劳动力“迁徙”。为此,在平台层面,应以技术支撑和政策监管构筑监督防线;在用户网络层面,应引导零工劳动者树立数字时代的劳动伦理;在利益相关者层面,应构筑新型社会契约,提升零工工作体面性。通过以上措施,优化零工经济中各方关系,促进零工经济健康发展。In recent years,internet platform innovation has taken place in countries all over the world,and the“gig economy”has risen rapidly in this process.Its profound internal ethical spirit is based on people’s desire for the value of labor freedom,the observance of a well functioning credit ethics system,the improvement of production efficiency and the pursuit of the justice goal of equal feasible ability.However,while activating the labor market,the gig economy also gave birth to a series of problems:the rise of the gig economy accelerated the diffusion of social power,brought the renewal of labor order and triggered the“migration”of labor force.Therefore,at the platform level,we should build a supervision defense line with technical support and policy supervision.At the user network level,we should guide gig workers to establish labor ethics in the digital age.At the level of stakeholders,we should build a new social contract to improve the decency of gig work.Through the above measures,optimize the relationship between all parties in the gig economy and promote the healthy development of the gig economy.
