摘 要:聚乙烯醇(PVA)浆料及蛋白改性浆料一直是纺织行业所采用的常用型浆料,但其会带来环境问题及改性成本问题。针对该问题,文章将自组装原理应用于浆料的配制中,采用不同质量比的角蛋白与酸法明胶制备出自组装体纱线浆料。利用透过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、红外光谱和热重分析对自组装体的形貌和结构进行表征,并使用该浆料对涤纶纱线上浆。结果表明:经过自组装浆料处理的涤纶细纱比PVA浆料处理的细纱,整体强力提高1.23倍,耐磨性提高2.56倍,所制备的浆料成膜性能较好,涤纶细纱表面光滑平整,退浆率较高。角蛋白与酸法明胶自组装体浆料具备高效、节能的上浆性能,具有一定的应用前景。Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) slurry and protein modified slurry were always used in the textile industry. However, it would bring the problems of environmental and modification cost. In this experiment, self-assembled yarn slurry was innovatively prepared by using different mass ratio of keratin and acid gelatin depend on the self-assembly principles. The self-assembled composites were observed by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and atomic force microscope. Thereafter the self-assembled composites were used to size polyester yarn as a new kind of slurry. The results show that the polyester yarn treated by assembled slurry has higher overall strength(1.23 times) and wear resistance(2.56 times) than PVA slurry. The polyester yarns also have smooth surface after sizing. The slurry has better film-forming performance and high desizing percentage. Therefore, using keratin/acid gelatin self-assembled slurry in the sizing process is a green, efficient and energy-saving sizing way.
