摘 要:为了研究含芳伯氨基的C.I.酸性绿20染料对氯化改性羊毛织物的染色性能,采用基于Mannich反应机制的染色方法和常规酸性染料染色2种工艺,优化Mannich反应染色的染浴pH值、染色时间和染色温度等条件,通过测定上染百分率及染色羊毛织物皂洗前后的K/S值,比较、评价2种染色工艺的染色效果差异。结果表明:经质量分数15%二氯异氰尿酸钠(DCCA)氯化改性的羊毛在常规酸性染料染色工艺条件下可获得比未改性羊毛更高的K/S值;采用丙酮醛参与的Mannich反应染色工艺对氯化改性羊毛染色,比常规酸性染料染色工艺可在较低的温度条件下获得更高的K/S值,且二者的各项色牢度基本相同,说明采用基于Mannich反应机制的创新染色方法,可以获得对氯化改性羊毛的低温高色深反应性染色效果。In order to study the dyeing performance of C.I.Acid Green 20 dyes containing aromatic primary amino groups on chlorinated modified wool fabrics,the dyeing method based on the Mannich reaction mechanism and conventional acid dyes were used to optimize the pH value and dyeing of the dye bath for Mannich reaction dyeing.The difference in the dyeing effect of the two dyeing processes was compared and evaluated by measuring the dye uptake rate and the K/S value of dyed wool fabric before and after soaping.The results show that the wool modified by 15%DCCA chlorination can obtain a higher K/S value than unmodified wool under the conventional acid dye dyeing process.The Mannich reaction dyeing process with the participation of pyruvaldehyde is used for the chlorination modification.Wool dyeing can obtain a higher K/S value under lower temperature conditions than the conventional acid dye dyeing process,and the color fastnesses of the two are basically the same.It shows that the innovative dyeing method based on the Mannich reaction mechanism,can obtain low-temperature high-color deep reactive dyeing effect on chlorinated modified wool.
