摘 要:为在源头上提高静电纺纳米纤维纱线的性能,以拓展静电纺纳米纤维纱线的应用领域,对国内外静电纺纳米纤维纱线的制备机制进行了总结和归纳。按照加捻方式的不同,将制备方法分为机械加捻成纱法和流体加捻成纱法2种。对纳米纤维取向机制和纳米纤维束加捻机制进行了分析,同时分析了静电纺纳米纤维生产纱线的成纱过程及工艺,指出了静电纺纳米纤维纱线面临的牵伸、加捻以及产业化的挑战,并对静电纺方法制备的纳米纤维纱线的发展趋势做出展望,为纺纱产业提供了新的方向和思路。In order to improve the performance of electrospun nanofiber yarn from the source and expand the application field of electrospun nanofiber yarn,the preparation mechanism of electrospun nanofiber yarn at home and abroad was summarized.According to the different twisting methods,the preparation methods were divided into mechanical twisting method and fluid twisting method in this paper.The orientation mechanism of nanofibers and the twisting mechanism of nanofiber bundles were analyzed.At the same time,the yarn forming process and technology of electrospun nanofiber yarn were analyzed,and the challenges of drafting,twisting and industrialization of electrospun nanofiber yarn were pointed out.The development trend of nanofiber yarns prepared by electrostatic spinning was prospected.It provides a new direction and new ideas for the spinning industry.
