摘  要:为了探究与提升芦苇纤维的吸附性能,采用超声波改性、碱化改性和2,2,6,6—四甲基哌啶氧化物(TEMPO)/漆酶氧化改性3种方法组合改性芦苇纤维,制备得到可做为阳离子染料吸附剂的复合改性芦苇纤维。通过红外光谱和电子扫描显微镜研究了改性前后芦苇纤维组成和形貌特征的变化,考察了复合改性芦苇纤维对亚甲基蓝染料(MB)、甲基绿染料(MG)、结晶紫染料(CV)的吸附性能,并用准一级、准二级动力学模型来描述芦苇纤维对MB、MG、CV 3种阳离子染料的吸附过程。结果表明,芦苇纤维吸附剂的最佳制备工艺为:超声波处理时间10 min,碱化反应温度23℃、反应时间10 min、氢氧化钠质量分数2%,TEMPO/漆酶氧化处理时漆酶用量0.1 g/g、TEMPO用量0.15 g/g、温度40℃、反应时间14 h,最适吸附条件下对亚甲基蓝的去除率为98.69%。In order to explore and improve the adsorption performance of reed fiber,three methods of ultrasonic modification,alkalization modification and tempo/laccase oxidation modification were used to modify reed fiber,that is,ultrasonic treatment,alkalization,tempo/laccase oxidation modification,and finally the composite modified reed fiber as cationic dye adsorbent was prepared.The changes of composition and morphological characteristics of reed fiber before and after modification were studied by infrared spectroscopy and electron scanning microscope.The adsorption properties of composite modified reed fiber for methylene blue dye(MB),methyl green dye(MG)and crystal violet dye(CV)were investigated.The quasi first-order and quasi second-order kinetic models were used to describe the adsorption of reed fiber to MB,MG,CV adsorption process of three cationic dyes.The results showed that the optimum preparation process of reed fiber adsorbent was as follows:ultrasonic time 10 min,alkalization reaction temperature 23℃,reaction time 10min,sodium hydroxide concentration 2%,laccase dosage 0.1 g/g,tempo dosage 0.15 g/g,temperature 40℃and reaction time 14 h.Under the optimum adsorption conditions,the removal rate of methylene blue was 98.69%.
