摘 要:在陶瓷中引入第二相材料是改善陶瓷材料结构和性能的有效途径。纤维、晶须、颗粒等用于改善陶瓷,但难以满足陶瓷材料的应用要求。石墨烯具有大的比表面积和优异的机械、导电、导热等性能,是制备性能优异的陶瓷复合材料的理想填料。系统总结了石墨烯/陶瓷复合材料的研究成果,综述了石墨烯/陶瓷复合粉体的制备方法、成型工艺和致密烧结工艺技术,评价了制备方法对石墨烯和复合材料的影响。总结了石墨烯/陶瓷复合材料的机械、导热、导电和摩擦磨损性能,并揭示了复合材料性能改善的机理。最后,指出了石墨烯/陶瓷复合材料面临的挑战和发展方向。The introduction of second phase materials into ceramic is an effective way to improve the structure and properties of ceramic.Fibers,whiskers and particles are usually used to improve the performance of ceramics,whereas it is difficult to meet the application requirements of ceramic materials.Graphene is an ideal filler for the preparation of high performance ceramic composites due to its large specific surface area and excellent mechanical,electrical and thermal properties.The latest research progress on graphene/ceramic composites was systematically summarized.The fabrication method,forming process and densification sintering technology of graphene/ceramic composite powder were reviewed,and the effect of preparation methods was also evaluated.Moreover,the mechanical,thermal,conductive,friction and wear properties of graphene/ceramic composites were summarized.Furthermore,the mechanism for the improvement of composites'performance was also revealed.Finally,the challenges and perspectives in the application of graphene/ceramic composites were pointed out.
