摘 要:提出了一种基于ABAQUS的固体火箭发动机复合材料壳体快速化建模方法。通过编写PYTHON脚本程序,实现将缠绕软件生成的信息文件进行数据处理,导入ABAQUS中参数化生成有限元模型的建模功能。通过数值分析中的B样条函数法对缠绕软件导出的波动数据进行光滑处理,并分析其在压力载荷工况下的力学性能变化。使用干法预浸带缠绕壳体,通过水压爆破实验结果与有限元结果进行对比,验证建模方法的准确性。结果表明,快速化建模方法建立的壳体有限元模型在压强为26.02 MPa时发生了失效,水压爆破实验中内压达到27 MPa时壳体失效,有限元模型的位移和失效形式等均能与实验结果吻合较好。基于ABAQUS的固体火箭发动机复合材料壳体快速化建模方法能较准确地对壳体的实际工作情况进行预测。A rapid modeling method for solid rocket motor composite case based on ABAQUS was proposed.By writing PYTHON script program,processing the information files generated by the winding software,parameterizing into ABAQUS,the modeling function of generating finite element model was realized.The wave data derived from the winding software was smoothed by the B-spline function method in numerical analysis,and mechanical responses under working pressure was analyzed.The dry prepreg was used to wingding the case,the accuracy of the modeling method was verified by comparing the experimental results of hydrostatic blasting with the finite element results.The results show that the finite element model established by the rapid modeling method fails when the pressure is 26.02 MPa,and the shell fails when the working pressure reaches 27 MPa in the hydraulic blasting experiment.The displacement and failure form of the finite element model are in good agreement with the experimental results.The actual working condition of the solid rocket motor composite case can be accurately predicted by the rapid modeling method based on ABAQUS.
