摘 要:建立一种带有导流槽装置的考虑燃气引流冲击开盖的新型燃气弹射系统模型,采用燃气弹射试验验证了数值计算方法的可靠性,在此基础上,计算得到弹射过程流场、筒盖载荷、弹体内弹道曲线变化规律,研究了改变导流槽深度对开盖载荷的影响。结果表明,发射筒与弹体间隙之间的压强呈现不断增加的趋势,且压强的扩散速率比温度更快;当导流槽深度为20 mm时,弹体加速度在低压室燃气动力作用、弹体运动和导流槽导流区域变化共同作用下呈现先上升、后下降、再急剧上升的变化规律,弹体速度和位移均呈现上升规律,筒盖最大压强达到0.24 MPa,满足发射开盖载荷设计要求。随着导流槽深度减小,导流槽封闭时间提前,筒盖最大压强不断降低,当导流槽深度不小于12.5 mm时,均可满足开盖载荷要求。A new type of gas-ejection system model with flow channel device was established.The reliability of the numerical calculation method was verified by the gas-ejection test.Based on that,the flow field,the load on the cylinder cover and the change rule of the missile interior ballistic were calculated,and the influence of different flow channel depth on the safety of the cover opening was studied.The results show that the pressure between the launch tube and the missile body displays an increasing trend,and the diffusion rate of the pressure is faster than that of the temperature.When the depth of the flow channel is 20 mm,the acceleration of the missile increases firstly,then decreases,and then rises sharply under the interaction of the gas power of the low-pressure chamber,the movement of the missile and the change of the length of the flow channel,while a rising tendency is observed for the velocity and displacement of the missile;the maximum pressure of cylinder cover is 0.24 MPa,which meets the design requirements of the cover opening load.As the depth of the flow channel decreases,the closing time of the flow channel is shortened and the maximum pressure of the cylinder cover decreases continuously.When the depth of the flow channel is not less than 12.5 mm,the load requirement of the cover opening can be all met.
